Nagorno-Karabagh Republic President Arkady Ghoukassian received a newly appointed executive director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Vahe Aghabekiants.
According to the information DE FACTO got at NKR President’s Press Office, in the course of the meeting held last Saturday the interlocutors had discussed the course of realization of Hayastan Fund’s programs and the perspectives of cooperation.
