ECONOMY & SOCIETY: GAS STATION TO BE BUILT IN NKR MARTUNI REGION

According to the decision of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic government, the buildings used for refueling and plot of land belonging to Rayagroservice CJSC in Martuni have been transferred to Avangard Company, which intends to build the first gas station in the region.

According to the Minister of Economic Development Benik Babayan, within a month the purchaser pledges to pay the sum fixed for the property, buildings and cadastre value of the plot of land. As a whole the sum is 6256, 8 thousand drams.

Until December 30, 2008 the purchaser pledges to introduce investments in the amount of 58 million drams and establish 8 workplaces with the salary fund not less than 400, 000 drams, KarabakhOpen reports.
