On June 10 the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakian visited the regional center of Martakert and familiarized himself with the course of construction and reconstruction works on a number of objects and the programs being realized in the regional center on the spot.
According to the Central Department of Information under the NKR President, the state’s head visited a secondary school after Vladimir Balayan, a kindergarten, which is being overhauled, and a building site, where a new regional hospital is being constructed. The issues referring to water-supply of the town of Martakert and irrigation system were also discussed.
In the course of the visit the NKR President was accompanied by the NKR PM Ara Harutyunian and other officials.
