On 27 December NKR President Bako Sahakyan met leadership of the Nagorno Karabagh Communist Party at the head of the party’s leader Hrant Melmoumyan.
Issues related to domestic and foreign policy issues were discussed at the meeting.
The Head of the State rated high the role of forces that are not represented in the Parliament in forming political filed in the republic, calling them an important factor in for the development of Artsakh.
