The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs avoid stating that actions of one of the sides hamper the peace process, Armenia’s Foreign Minister said.

“Azerbaijan should think thoroughly to explain its non-constructive position in talks,”

Edward Nalbandian told journalists today.

He emphasized that peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has no alternative.

“As to the document Azerbaijan pushed in the UN General Assembly, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair states assumed a maximally clear position on the issue,” he said.
