RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan found it difficult to say whether a peaceful agreement on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be signed by the end of 2007 or not.
"It is yet difficult to speak of a peaceful agreement, because the Azerbaijani President's statements do not testify to this," Sargsyan said.
He pointed out that he himself repeatedly stated that the negotiations for the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement do not depend on election processes.
