Acting Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Balayan has refuted the report of the “Regnum” agency, according to which the special services of Armenia and Azerbaijan have started the discussion of the technical issues of return of the five regions surrounding Nagorno Karabakh.
Tigran Balayan said it is misinformation.
