The chairman of the NKR NA commission of Defense and Security Rudolf Martirosian remarked Lenmarker's declaration that the reunification of Karabakh with Armenia is the best guarantee of Karabakh security as a long expected surprise. According to him that declaration is a logic exit from the present situation in case of NKR security. And the NKR NA deputy chairman of Foreign Relations Gagik Petrosian mentioned: "Lenmarker's declaration is greeting as Europe doesn't see the RNK as the part of Azerbaijan".
