On April 12, President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (the Republic of Artsakh) Bako Sahakian received Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Robert Bradtke (USA), Igor Popov (Russian Federation), Bernard Fassier (France), and the accompanying officials who had arrived in Stepanakert the same day.

According to the Central Information Department of the NKR President’s Office, issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement and regional processes were discussed at the meeting.

The Head of State noted that in spite of the peacemaking efforts of the mediators, Azerbaijan continued conducting a policy hampering both the conflict settlement and, generally, confidence building between the parties.

«It is the cease-fire violation along the entire contact-line, distorted information about different events, and intentional politicization of humanitarian issues», noted President Sahakian.

Among the latters, the President noted the continuous speculations of Azerbaijan around the co-chairs' field assessment mission and the reopening of the Stepanakert airport.NKR Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosian, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, and other officials attended the meeting.
