I am going to Kazan with an expectation for constructive talks,
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told a news conference held jointly
with Council of Europe President Thorbjorn Jagland in Strasbourg.
In response to a question by an Azeri reporter, Sargsyan said: "We
have gone through a long process of negotiations. We have discussed
scores of issues. The stance of the parties are clear. I think time
has come for the parties to voice their final positions. Let's wait
to see what the talks will produce."
Sargsyan is attending a PACE session in Strasbourg. He is expected
to address the session later today.
