Foreign Affairs: OSCE Secreary General praises the role of Russia in the Karabakh settlement process

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier praises the role of Russia and its President in the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

“Contribution to the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and exclusion of escalation of tension on the ground is one of the priority directions of OSCE activity, on which the positions of the Russian Federation and other key members of the OSCE community coincide,” OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier wrote in an article published in the Russian Kommersant daily.

“Russia’s active participation in the OSCE Minsk Group activity and the personal involvement of the Russian President in the high-level talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan are important elements of the processes of searching for solutions,” he wrote
