Society: Visit to Merry Manoukyan educational establishment in Buenos Aires

On 29 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Merry Manoukyan educational establishment of the Armenian General Benevolent Union's (AGBU) Buenos Aires branch following which he met members of the organization's governing body.

President Sahakyan considered highly important national education and upbringing of the rising generation in the Diaspora and within this context thanked the staff of the Merry Manoukyan educational establishment for patriotic work.

During the meeting with the governing body of the AGBU's Buenos Aires branch the President rated high its role in the life of Argentinean Armenian community and developing relations with the Motherland.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in Argentine, Uruguay and Chile Vladimir Karmirshalуan, head of the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President David Babayan partook at the meetings.
