On 28 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at the meeting with NKR National Assembly deputies of all convocations dedicated to the Day of elections to the first NKR Parliament and delivered there a welcoming speech.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the event.
