Society: President visited filter station N1 in the capital Stepanakert and the territory of newly forming geological investigations station

On February 27 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited filter station N1 in the capital Stepanakert and got acquainted with the process of construction activities.

The President noted the significance of the filter station for the capital and gave concrete instructions to the heads of concerned structures for proper implementation of the activities.

Thereafter President Sahakyan visited the territory of newly forming geological investigations station that will become a central zone for the deployment of field staff and transport means after the realization of appropriate construction activities.

Bako Sahakyan got acquainted with the plan of the station as well as the capacities of the machine equipped with necessary living conditions for the geologists in the mountains. The Head of the State mentioned that mining industry is among the significant branches of our economy and its development is of paramount importance for the republic.

Adviser to the NKR President Grigory Gabrielyants, mayor of Stepanakert Souren Grigoryan, minister of municipal engineering Karen Shahramanyan accompanied the President during the visit.
