NKR NA chairman Ashot Ghulyan has issued the statement of Artsakh parliament about the appointment of Presidential Election Day.
The statement says: “According to the 63rd article of the NKR Constitution and the 87th article of the Electoral Code of the NKR the Natiopnal Assambly of the Nagorno Karabakh declares July 19 the day of elections of the NKR President,” the press service of the NKR NA reports.
