The OSCE Minsk group, mandated to resolve the conflict of Nagorno-Karabakh, has not exhausted itself, Azerbaijani news site “1news.az” quotes Russian MFA representative Aleksander Lukashevich as saying.
Mr. Lukashevich has highly assessed the co-chairs’ efforts describing them as constructive and added that the Minsk group foreign ministers’ statements released on March 22 is the best evidence to it.
