On 28 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
Issues related to the recent developments and current situation along the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting.
