According to Director of the closed joint-stock company Stepanakert “Water Canal” Vladimir Arzumanian, the process of installing water meters started in 1998 and lasted till 2005. For the noted period, 3.300 water meters were installed. The meters, costing 8.040 drams, and the installation works – 12.399 drams, are purchased at the Yerevan «Water Canal» by the Stepanakert “Water Canal” at corresponding prices.
In 2004, 933 water meters were installed in Stepanakert. To date, the company has 11.500 clients. 1.400 water meters are available at the company, and those wishing to install them can submit their application to the company, and its employees will satisfy their request in corresponding term.
