A recurrent meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will take place in Washington October 24-25, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk stated. In his words, the mediators will discuss the current stage of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. “I would not be mistaken when saying that serious approach is observed from both parties,” Mr. Kasprzyk said adding that he disagrees with statements on deceleration of the Karabakh settlement process. He drew special attention to the upcoming meetings of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Ljubljana.
