The national-democratic party of Azerbaijan ("Boz Gurd") has announced the Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov as a Man of 2005.

Chairman of the party Iskender Hamidov stated: "Safarov's family will be granted a Certificate For Services for the Welfare and the National Interests of Azerbaijan." said the leader of "Grey Wolves." A Title of an Honorable Member of the National-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan has been conferred on R. Safarov.

To note, on February 19 2004, R.Safarov viciously axed the officer of the Armenian Armed Forces, the 26-year old Lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan in the course of the English language courses under the NATO PfP program in Hungary.
