The NKR Emergency Situations Department (ESD) organized corresponding events on preventing fires in Stepanakert. To this end, its employees visited the homes of lonely pensioners.
Checking the anti-fire situation in the houses and conducting corresponding explanatory works on the norms of fire-security, the ESD employees, if needed, changed and repaired the heating and electric devices.
Over 30 houses of lonely pensioners were visited. The ESD employees will visit the houses of all lonely pensioners till the beginning of the heating season.
