INSIDE THIS ISSUE:

The Nagorno Karabagh Representative in the United States Vardan Barseghian spoke at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.  The event was open to the public and brought together a large audience of students and faculty from Harvard and Tufts University's School of Law and Diplomacy. 

Harvard professor Keith Allred, who supported the seminar, said it was a great opportunity for the students to learn about Nagorno Karabagh directly from the people in the region. 
Massachusetts State Representative Peter J. Koutoujian, who was present at the seminar, said "Nagorno Karabagh was able to

defend its people, democracy and independence at a time when the international community was deaf to Nagorno Karabagh's plea for help during the Azerbaijani aggression.  It is in the interest of the democratic world to support the Nagorno Karabagh Republic."

the context of the settlement of the Nagorno Karabagh conflict.
